Design Thinking for Services

1-3 June 2021 | online

Design Thinking is the art of turning empathy with your users and customers into new products, services, and business decisions. It has become an indispensable tool for the world’s leading businesses both in innovation and in improving existing service offerings.

As a practical, no-nonsense, and inexpensive methodology, design thinking works best in small mixed teams and excels in difficult situations when resources are scarce.
