Design Thinking for Crisis Management

9-10 March 2021 | online

Whether through COVID or the financial crisis, the past year has been a brutal test for all of us and our organizations. This workshop will equip you with creative and human-centered tools to respond to this or any crisis by becoming more agile, adaptable, and resilient.

In two intensive days, you will work on challenges to your own organization, create a map for an uncertain future, learn from each other’s successes and failures, and walk away with a concrete plan of action for how to design your way out of a crisis.

Anglemap is a design, research, and training consultancy established in 2017. The team specializes in human-centered research and synthesis in cross-cultural or otherwise difficult settings or situations, as well as capability building through custom training and workshops. Its founders and most of the team are members of the inner community or former leadership team of the world-renowned Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design (CIID).

Anglemap’s clients have included The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, BCG, Dentsu, Philip Morris international, Shift Design, and the Danish Government’s InnoFounder Incubator. Anglemap is based in Copenhagen and Vienna.
